KINGS BAY, Ga. (Oct. 21, 2022) Sonar Technician (Submarines) 1st Class Nick Hanson waves to his family who is awaiting his arrival on the pier as the Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarine USS Wyoming (SSBN 742)(Blue) returns to its homeport of Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia, following a routine strategic deterrent patrol that concluded with a tiger cruise. Tiger cruises are an opportunity for Sailors to give friends and family a first-hand experience of life underway aboard a sea-going vessel and experience the ship's day-to-day operations. The base is home to all east coast Ohio-class submarines. (U.S. Navy photo by Chief Mass Communication Specialist Ashley Berumen)
