Lo, senior enlisted leader of the 353rd Civil Affairs Command, (center) met with New York City Mayor Eric Adams, Rear Adm. John W. Mauger, commander of the First Coast Guard District, and Capt. Zeita Merchant, commander of Coast Guard Sector New York, during The TCS New York City Marathon here on November 6, 2022. The 353rd CACOM leadership team worked to strengthen the unit’s community relationships by conducting key leader engagements with local elected officials and other key military leaders.
