Sgt. Siniscalchi, a Surgical Technician with Joint Task Force Medical 374 (JTF MED 374) was recognized by Maj. Gen. John W. Brennan Jr. Commander, Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve and Gen. Michael E. Kurilla, CENTCOM’s commanding general for her exceptional work at the Role III hospital located in Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center (BDSC), Iraq. Sgt. Siniscalchi is responsible for sterilizing, organizing and tracking surgical sets that can be used on all Coalition Forces under Operation Inherent Resolve which consists of over 2000 troops. The Role III hospital in BDSC is charged with providing health services and health force protection for all military units located in Iraq and is the higher echelon for all Role II and Role 1 medical facilities as well as all Forward Resuscitative Surgical Teams.
