Ignazio La Russa, President of the Senate of the Italian Republic, pays tribute to the fallen soldiers buried at mountain Sei Busi during the Italian Armed Forces ceremony at Redipuglia, Italy, Nov. 4, 2022. Mountain Sei Busi in Redipuglia is now the site of the biggest military cemetery in Italy. It was opened in 1938 and shaped like a monumental staircase consisting of 22 huge steps of "Carsic” stone, it hosts the remains of 100,187 fallen soldiers. (U.S. Air Force photo by 1st Lt. Myron E.
