U.S. Air Force Maj. April Ballesteros, 380th Expeditionary Medical Squadron nurse, completes the administration of an annual flu vaccination for U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Braden Coleman, 380th Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron commander, Nov. 11, 2022, at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates. The 380th Expeditionary Medical Squadron, along with their Army medic counterparts, conducted a mass flu vaccination event to test their disease containment plan, which includes standing up a point of distribution for medical services such as mass vaccination in case of a public health emergency.
