JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Nov. 2, 2022) - Tammy Wind, a pediatric nurse practitioner at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, performs a one-year exam on infant Alina Manuel. Wind, a native of Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, says, “It's an honor for me to care for military children and their families. I truly enjoy watching many of 'my kids' grow up over my many years here at the hospital." Wind earned her master’s degree in Science as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from The Catholic University of America. During the week of November 13-19, we recognize Nurse Practitioner week.
