U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District personnel stand by a 34,000 pound Xcentric Ripper excavator attachment that is being utilized for the bedrock removal project on the Missouri River, Nov. 10, 2022. The goal of the project is to excavate a minimum of 120,000 cubic yards of material, and restore adequate channel parameters for river boat traffic on the Missouri River.
