CARIBBEAN SEA - (Nov. 10, 2022) – The Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Milwaukee (LCS 5) (rear), her 11-meter rigid inflatable boat (center), and Dominican navy vessels, Altair (GC-112) (right) and Becrux (LI-170) (left), conduct a bilateral maritime interdiction exercise off the coast of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic November 10, 2022. Milwaukee is deployed to the U.S. 4th Fleet area of operations to support Joint Interagency Task Force South’s mission, which includes counter-illicit drug trafficking missions in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific.
