Spc. Thomas Clark, an infantryman assigned to Dagger Company, 1st Battalion, 26th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), receives the Army Commendation Medal in Romania on Nov. 4, 2022. He was recognized for his exceptional efforts to field and test advanced communication systems that allowed Dagger Company and 1-26 Infantry to communicate with their NATO Allies.
