A U.S. Marine with 3rd Landing Support Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, checks the pulse of a simulated casualty during a unit training event at Landing Zone Turkey, Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 17, 2022.
