Members of USNS SALVOR (T-ARS-52), along with members of the Mobile Dive Salvage Unit (MDSU) One and the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), conduct an abandon ship drill while underway, Oct. 30, 2022. The USNS SALVOR is transporting MDSU One and a team from DPAA to Papua New Guinea to conduct an investigation of a World War II crash site.
