Maj. Gen. Matthew V. Baker, commanding general for the 88th Readiness Division, passes the Mission Command Support Group (MCSG) guidon to Col. Stacy L. Goodman, incoming commander of the MCSG, during the change of command ceremony at Fort Snelling, Minn., Nov. 20, 2022.
