U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. David Bellon, commander of Marine Corps Forces, South, stands at attention during an award ceremony at the U.S. Embassy Argentina, Buenos Aires, Argentina, Nov. 17, 2022. U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Tyler Chiffoleau, the assistant detachment commander of Marine Security Guard Detachment Argentina, was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his actions at all three posts while with the MSG program.
