KUANTAN, Malaysia (Nov. 20, 2022) The U.S. 7th Fleet Band performs a concert for a crowd at the East Coast Mall in Kuantan, Malaysia, Nov. 20. The band is visiting Malaysia as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Malaysia. CARAT Malaysia 2022 highlights the 28th anniversary of CARAT among Allies and partners as a way to demonstrate long-term commitment to strengthened relationships throughout South and Southeast Asia and to highlight U.S. Navy commitment to key Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) partners to reinforce ASEAN Centrality.
