On Thanksgiving, four US Representatives of the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs: Committee Chair Rep. Mark Takano, Rep. Colin Allred, Rep. Elissa Slotkin, and Rep. Katie Porter met with service members at Camp Arifjan. Hosted by Area Support Group - Kuwait, they took part in the Army's Thanksgiving tradition of serving behind the food line at a dining facility, chatted with constituents over turkey and stuffing, and toured the base. Lt. Gen. Patrick D. Frank, ARCENT Commander, presented the members of Congress with an American flag flown over the base.
