U.S. Navy Rear Adm. John Wade, Joint Task Force-Red Hill (JTF-RH) commander, speaks at a press conference at the Navy Region Federal Fire Department, Hawaii, Nov. 30, 2022. JTF-RH and Navy officials held the press conference to provide an update following the inadvertent release of Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) at Adit 6, near the top of the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF), the previous day.
