U.S. Air Force and Japan Air Self-Defense Force members, assigned to the 35th Fighter Wing and the 3rd Air Wing respectively, pose for a group photo during a ceremony to commemorate the completion of a bilateral Rapid Airfield Damage Recovery (RADR) pad at Draughon Range near Misawa Air Base, Japan, Nov. 29, 2022.
