YOKOSUKA, Japan (December 2, 2022) – Capt. Les Sobol, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), congratulates Damage Controlman 2nd Class Reijared Dizon for being selected as the Junior Sailor of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2022, during a frocking and awards ceremony held at Benny Decker Theater onboard CFAY. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
