Spc. Ashliey Walker, a medic in the Bassett Army Community Hospital emergency department was on shift when a Soldier walked into the waiting room displaying signs of cardiac distress. Walker set into motion all the right events to get the Soldier triaged, diagnosed, stabilized and out the door to a higher-level of cardiac care.
