Airmen assigned to the 45th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron run towards a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft assigned to the 19th Airlift Wing, Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, at MacDill AFB, Florida, Dec. 5, 2022. The 45th AES conducted an aeromedical evacuation operations team exercise in a simulated deployment setting.
