Luis Hernandez, combat engineer officer with Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB) 22, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, provides a brief prior to departing a 17 tactical vehicle convoy to Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field Bogue to participate in MEUEX I on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Dec. 7, 2022. Hernandez provided a convoy brief to outline task organization, convoy configuration, and personnel and vehicle responsibilities. MEUEX I is a scenario-driven training exercise focused on MAGTF collective training while operating from an expeditionary environment that is evaluated on the planning, briefing, execution and debriefing of missions associated with various critical training events by the Expeditionary Operations Training Group.
