U.S Army and Air Force students practice applying torniquets on each other during the Tactical Combat Casualty Care portion of the Medical Education and Training Campus Pharmacy Technician field training exercise Nov. 30, 2022 at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis, Texas.
