U.S. Soldiers with Bravo Company, 2-112th Infantry Battalion, 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team participate in a veteran Thanksgiving turkey giveaway at the Duncansville Readiness Center. The giveaway was held in memory of Spc. Chad A. Edmundson, who was killed in Iraq in May 2009.

“The Edmundson family credited the Soldiers with assisting in the overall success of the annual turkey giveaway. Chad’s father shared, without the Soldiers there was no way they could have accomplished the event. His family couldn’t have been happier with our guys,” said Lt. Col. Eric Ponzek. “Chad, we are thankful for your sacrifice and your memory lives on in service to your community and country.”
