U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sgts. Out of 2,526 eligible candidates, 514 senior master sergeants were selected for promotion to chief master sergeant. Anderson, who has served in the Air Force for 19 years, shared that his favorite part about being a leader is making the next generation better than himself.
