Navy divers, assigned to Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 2, Company 4, and the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command, descend on a stage to conduct an underwater recovery operation in the Mediterranean Sea in search of an unaccounted-for service member who went missing during World War II. The divers are deployed alongside JPAC, who conducts global search, recovery and laboratory operations to identify unaccounted-for Americans from past conflicts. The team is embarked aboard the USNS Grapple (T-ARS 53) during the 30-day recovery mission.
