Col. Kyle Goldstein (right), 340th Flying Training Group commander, presents the induction certificate and flight jacket to the group’s new honorary commander, Rebecca Creek Distillery founder Steve Ison, during the Dec. 12 honorary commander induction ceremony held at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. After a two-year hiatus due to COVID prevention and safety measures, the commander decided to revitalize the group's program. The intent of the honorary commander program helps promote and strengthen relationships between military and civilian communities.
