New Hampshire National Guard Soldiers and Airmen prepare to load donated toys and gifts for distribution across the state as part of Operation Santa Claus, in Concord, Dec. 13, 2022. The annual holiday gift drive, hosted by the State Employee’s Association, provides the opportunity to give to disadvantaged children in the Granite State. This year, the program sponsored more than 3200 children. “I first got involved with the program back in 2007,” said Sgt. 1st Class Charles Crocker, supply clerk with 54th Troop Command. “I enjoy doing it and I love being part of it because it’s really great for the kids. It's just such a great thing to be able to give back during the holidays.”
