Mr. William Carty, the executive director with Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic (FMFLANT), Marine Forces Command (MARFORCOM), Marine Forces Northern Command (MARFOR NORTHCOM), gives a speech during a Civilian of the Quarter award ceremony for Mr. Carlos Jenkins, the travel support coordinator with FMFLANT, MARFORCOM, MARFOR NORTHCOM at Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Virginia, Dec. 16, 2022. Mr. Jenkins was selected as the Civilian Marine of the Quarter for his outstanding performance in managing the government travel charge card and the Defense Travel System programs for all FMFLANT, MARFORCOM, MARFOR NORTHCOM and their subordinate units. The Civilian Marine of the Quarter award is given to civilian service employees for their exemplary conduct and commitment to his duties throughout the quarter of the fiscal year.
