U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Kevin Gaiser, the senior enlisted advisor of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command, offers words of encouragement to junior leaders during the first Basic Leaders Course graduation ceremony at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Dec. 21, 2022. BLC at Camp Buehring was a collaborative effort with the National Guard Bureau, USARCENT, and TRADOC. Class 401, the current training iteration, tested 16 students.
