PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 17, 2022) - U.S. Navy sailors assigned to amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23) and U.S. Marines with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 362 (Reinforced), 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, move a UH-1Y Venom while aboard the Anchorage, Nov. 17. A force in readiness, the 13th MEU trains to rapidly respond to crisis across all domains. The 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit is embarked with the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group, comprised of amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) and amphibious transport docks USS Anchorage (LPD 23) and USS John P.
