PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 20, 2022) – U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Albert Sapeten with Combat Logistics Battalion 13, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, guides the driver of a 624KR front-end loader in the main vehicle storage of amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23), Nov. 20. The mobility and sustainability provided by amphibious platforms enable the Navy-Marine Corps team to extend the reach of our capabilities. The 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit is embarked with the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group, comprised of amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) and amphibious transport docks USS Anchorage (LPD 23) and USS John P.
