Marine Corps Base Hawaii (Nov. 20, 2022) - U.S. Marines with Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Combat Logistics Battalion 13, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, sweep an area for unexploded ordnance, Nov. 20. A force in readiness, the 13th MEU trains to rapidly respond to crises across all domains. The 13th MEU is embarked with the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group, comprised of amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) and amphibious transport docs USS Anchorage (LPD 23) and USS John P.
