A U.S. Airman assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, secure a litter containing medical equipment on a C-17 Globemaster III assigned to the 8th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Dec. 20, 2022. The C-17 female aircrew supported aeromedical evacuation missions, transporting litters and patients in addition to tactical airlift for multiple locations within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
