National Guard Soldiers from across the nation take on the HYROX fitness competition nicknamed "The World Series of Fitness Racing". Nearly 30 National Guard Soldiers compete in a 8 event fitness competition, each athlete must start by running 1 Kilometer and perform a physical fitness event between each run, athletes will run for a total of 8 Kilometers by the end.
