UCLA football players exit the Close Combat Tactical Trainer building at Fort Bliss, Texas, Dec. 27, 2022. As part of their El Paso experience, participating Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl schools visit Fort Bliss to soak up a bit of Borderland love and meet and greet America's Soldiers before their Dec. 30 college football bowl game matchup. The CCTT allows for podded teammates to connect in a virtual reality environment to rehearse battlefield tactics before transitioning to the real thing on the sprawling Fort Bliss Training Complex.
