U.S. Marines with Marine Air Support Squadron 2 hold the Lloyd and Shively Trophies for winning both rifle and pistol team competitions during the Marine Corps Marksmanship Competition Far East award ceremony on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 15, 2022. The competitors are, from left to right, Sgt. Eddie Vargas, 1st Lt. Nicholas Walewski, 1st Lt. Joseph Hawkins, Cpl. Kevin Keam, and Staff Sgt. Manuel Quezada. MCMCFE was a two-week competition that was open to Marines and Naval personnel to enhance combat marksmanship proficiency through intensive training.
