Visitors to the BrickFest Live event on Saturday, December 31, 2022 look at a LEGO ship model of the Civil War ironclad CSS Virginia, constructed by Jim Beutte, a Volunteer Docent at the Hampton Roads Naval Museum. The large LEGO ship model featured cutaways of the ironclad based on original plans, and will also be displayed at the museum’s Brick by Brick: LEGO shipbuilding event on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the Decker Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia.
