During the unit training assembly (UTA), retired SEAC#3 John Troxell, United States Army senior noncommissioned officer, speaks with Paul Hackett, the 914th Air Refueling Wing Exercise Physiologist, about the newly implemented 20m-HAMR test on Dec. 03, 2022, at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York. The 20m-HAMR test provides a new fitness alternative to the 1.5-mile run and serves as a replacement if weather conditions do not allow for outdoor running. This change improves mission readiness.
