Mr. Juan Hernandez, a Marine driver with the Marine Security Guard Detachment at U.S. Consulate General Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, is awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Civilian Achievement Medal on Nov. 16, 2022, for his aid during an emergency involving a young child who was drowning in a pool.
