A U.S. Air Force Airman assigned to the 721st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, bottom right, teaches Airmen from the 435th Contingency Response Support Squadron how to operate a Global ER-2875 de-icer at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Jan. 5, 2023. De-icing is the process of removing snow, ice and frost accumulated on aircraft.
