OKINAWA, Japan (Jan. 17, 2023) Yeoman 2nd Class Keegan Randles, left, from Santa Rosa, Calif., assigned to the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20), and Lt. J.g. Joshua McAlister, from Winston-Salem, N.C., also assigned to Green Bay, participate in a reenlistment ceremony on White Beach Naval Facility during landing craft air cushion (LCAC) operations. Green Bay, part of Expeditionary Strike Group 7, along with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (ME), is operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility to enhance its interoperability with allies and partners and serve as a ready response force to defend peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
