Radios charge in their charging cradle at the Ali Al Salem Air Traffic Control Tower on Jan. 16, 2023. These radios are used by air traffic controllers while communicating with Airmen on the ground, upgrades to the tower will give more effective radios to air traffic controllers and allow them to complete their job more efficiently.
