Shad Babb, a Lead Field Support Representative for AeroVironment Inc. instructs Soldiers on improvements that are being made on the RQ-11B Drone or "Raven" at one of the multiple forward operating sites in Romania on Jan. 16, 2023. Soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) are using the Ravens to spot targets, support call for fire missions, and many other reconnaissance tasks when conditions are not favorable for manned missions.
