Retired Lt. Col. Harry Baker, a World War II veteran, is photographed with a Fort McCoy hat on Oct. 17, 2022, during a special visit with him by a Fort McCoy staff member in Pewaukee, Wis. Baker celebrated his 102nd birthday earlier in October and Fort McCoy staff members created a special video for him to also celebrate his birthday.
