Chris Clower, center, Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) SkillBridge Program coordinator, answers questions about employment opportunities with visitors to an aviation maintenance intern job fair in held in December in Charlotte. FRCE recently signed on to participate in the Defense Department’s SkillBridge program, which offers separating military members the opportunity to spend their last six months of service working at a participating civilian employer.
