    II Marine Expeditionary Force   

    U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Justin Adler, a native of Cincinnati, and a ropes and recovery instructor assigned to II Marine Expeditionary Force, Expeditionary Operations Training Group (EOTG), returns a knot after examining it for a blindfolded knot tying evaluation during the Assault Climber Course aboard Stone Bay, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Jan. 19, 2023. Assault Climber Course is an opportunity for the EOTG to train and evaluate the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s ability to complete special individual and collective tasks, and evaluates their ability to conduct assigned mission essential tasks in order to prepare those forces to support the geographic combatant commanders.
