The Special Operations Aviation Training Battalion (SOATB), Fort Campbell, Kentucky, is awarded the 2022 Lt. Gen. Ellis D. Parker Award, Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA) category, during the Aviation Senior Leader Forum Jan. 25, 2023, at Fort Rucker, Ala. Receiving the award on the SOATB's behalf is Brig. Gen. Ryan, Chief Warrant Officer 5 Ziegler, and Command Sgt. Maj. Armstrong, U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command. The award was presented by Maj. Gen. Michael C. McCurry, U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence commander and Army aviation branch chief, Chief Warrant Officer 5 Myke Lewis, chief warrant officer of the branch, and Command Sgt. Maj.
