Airmen assigned to the 6th Communication Squadron listen to opening remarks prior to the 10th Annual Estelle Memorial Run at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, Jan. 27, 2023. The run was dedicated in honor of Maj. Raymond Estelle II, who was one of nine people killed in action on April 27, 2011. Estelle was killed by an Afghan Air Corps pilot while serving on deployment with the 828th Air Expeditionary Advisory Group as the communications advisor for the Afghan force.
