The Utah National Guard Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program conducted a special town hall event with guest speaker Edward “Obbie West” Wilson, in the auditorium at Joint Force Headquarters in Draper, Utah, on Jan. 31, 2023. The town hall was titled, “Let’s Talk About It” and highlighted the traumatic-lasting effects of sexual assault, male victimization, and how controlled substances affect decision-making.
