U.S. Army paratroopers assigned to Spartan Company, 54th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 173rd Airborne Brigade, dismount while conducting a Convoy Live Fire Exercise at the Novo Selo Training Site, Bulgaria, Feb. 6, 2023. This exercise is used to enhance the Soldier's abilities to carry-out a proper tactical convoy operation. The 173rd Airborne Brigade is the U.S. Army's Contingency Response Force in Europe, providing rapidly deployable forces to the United States European, African, and Central Command areas of responsibility.
